      I’m super satisfied - I worked with Diego team. My items where already pack and ready to go, no loose items, however, they where VERY organized on time and priced right. I have very heavy furniture it was handle with care.1 bed room apartment under 3 hours including travel and yes! I tip very well. I definitely recommend.

      I’m an ex-military wife and dealt with numerous moving companies!!!! This was THEE WORST EVER!!!!!. The two movers appeared very in-experienced, young & one was constantly on the phone. Carlos, the mgr said he would cancel my move on the spot if I didn’t calm down for the fact I voiced my opinion of the incompetency and the 20 min wasted telling me what they were NOT moving. He put me in a position to continue with the move with very limited time to find an alternative. Granted, I had given the company my inventory weeks in advance. I was in a one bedroom apt, did NOT have heavy appliances, a living room set/dining room set or bedroom set (only a mattress/boxspring & night stands) the rest in boxes I had lined up and ready to move. I had just bought a new couch which they damaged and insulted me by offering a few dollars and Broke a wine glass. The movers asked me to put a 46” flat screen TV and other items in my compact car. If memory serves me correctly, I PAID THEM for a service AND they had a 17 ft truck. There’s No excuse for me moving and/or transporting ANYTHING!! You live and you learn!!!

      I WILL REPLY THIS REVIEW JUST TO SHOW MY NEW CUSTOMER HOW A CUSTOMER CAN MANIPULATE THE FACT THAT HAPPENED ON THE MOVING DATE WITH FALSE INFORMATION. When you called to make the reservation you informed you had 1 bedroom apt worth of stuffs and we informed you the size of the truck that we were going to send is going to be a 17ft truck which is way enough for a real 1bd worth of stuffs average. When we arrived at your pick up place we realized that you provided FALSE information. You did not have 1bd worth of stuffs AT ALL and this is where everything started. My movers did the walk thru and let you know upfront before they even start that this job was going to take more than 2hrs and that we might have to do 2 loads/trips. Why did this happen on the moving day? Becuase you gave false information. You missed a lot of details thinking that you were going to save some money but it was all the way around. If you would have provided the right info, if you would have said ''Look Carlos, I live in a 1bd apt but I have a lot of stuffs like'' I would have sent a bigger truck. The movers tried to explain all the details and you were yelling at to them so the proceeded to call me. The only reason why they did not tell you anything is because you are a senior citizen. When I talked to you to explain what I'm writing here you were having a horrible attitude and you did not let me speak, everything was about ''you were right we were wrong'' so I had to tell you that if you cannot control yourself I was going to tell my movers to leave. see what a big difference is what I'm describing versus what you wrote. So of course you calmed down and let us start our job. At the end a 17ft truck was able to move all the big, heavy and large items but we did not move the plastic trash bags and a lot of loose items you were having because that was another factor here. You were not ready at all. You wanted us to almost clean your apartment. Your TV was not in box, your boxes open, your drawers full of stuffs so the movers told you that we cannot move a TV with no box because is a big risk and it can get damaged in transit. For those who thinks putting blankets or shrink wrapping a TV will protect it again damages or fissure/cracks that is WRONG. So they advise you to take the TV in your car. Do you know why the wine glass got broken? because there was not a proper protection at all, no packing paper, no nothing. this is not about putting breakable things like that. The couches were not damages the couches got dirty. WHY? because you did not want us to wrap anything because you were saying it was going to take too much time. so you see how different things are? So of course things were going to get dirty or broken because you forced us to proceed in a way we don't do it. So all these are the consequences based on your fault only. NOTE: At the end she was looking all the way possible for money the same amount that she paid for the extra time but I see she did not write down here that you got $125 back and the only reason why I gave here some money is because for over a month this woman became so irritable.

      GO ELSEWHERE- I paid for 2 hours with 2 men and a truck and extra for a specialty 2 piece China cabinet to be moved along with a Queen bed, 2 dressers, dining room table with 6 chairs. Upon arrival, the 2 movers refused to move the China cabinet without an additional hour paid. I showed them that I had already paid for all items and extra for the cabinet. They still refused and started calling me curse names (obviously unaware I speak Spanish). They moved the 4 furniture items and 6 dining room chairs in 1 hour, but refused to set up my bed (set up also included in the contract). I noted the incomplete and unprofessional job in the paperwork when I paid in full. I called the company repeatedly about the job not being done as contracted as wells as being sworn at by the movers. No response. Very disappointing. I would rather pay more elsewhere than to be lied to, disrespected and ignored.
