  This spring, we chose Mi-BOX to temporarily store our belongings while we sold our house and looked for a new one. We considered a bunch of different options and companies, including traditional storage units, but ultimately went with Mi-BOX because of the good reviews, local ownership and convenience of being able to load our belongings on-site and have them delivered to a second location months later. The Mi-BOX customer service was great from the start (they even recommended movers who helped us load up) but we are even happier with our decision now that the pandemic has become a factor. We will be moving into our new place in a couple weeks and it's one thing we're not the least bit stressed about thanks to Mi-BOX.

  MI-BOX was one of those rare experiences when I expected a certain quality of service and without even asking MI-BOX went the extra mike to ensure all was ok and that the service was a positive experience. While going through a tumultuous time of rebuilding our first floor, MI-BOX was a valuable player that I never had to worry about or needlessly follow up. What a pleasure and I heartily endorse their services. Btw, one added bonus; they actually answer their phone and talk with you. Good old-fashioned customer service which is greatly appreciated.

  My wife and I had sold our home last minute and need a storage delivery service ASAP. This company was able to accommodate or schedule and over exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this company to all of my friends, family and community. The customer service is far superior compared to other well known storage delivery services. 10 out of 10 experience.
