  I wanted to update my previous review. As you can see below, my wife and I were very unhappy. After we got a chance to set up an appointment to visit the Bradfield facilities and get a tour and get a sneak peek at our piano, we realized we are lucky to get the piano at this point. The company has been swamped since last February's storm with restoration and repair work. The warehouse is literary packed to capacity. The team is working very hard to keep pace with the inventory, but it will take them months to even catch up. Our piano was delivered today. The restoration is outstanding. They refinished the piano that was damaged by the moisture from a February leak in the house. It looks brand new. The team members who dropped it off handled the piano with great care, avoiding any scratches on our walls or damaging the piano. Previous Post Six months ago, the company picked up our piano after the disastrous winter storm in February. Every month for the past three months, we have been promised that the restoration would be completed. We realized the company was probably inundated with projects, but we also realize that giving us timely and accurate information about the completion of the restoration of our piano is what professional, responsive and courteous companies do.

  Bradfield provides outstanding service in all ways. Communication was excellent, both from the front office and by Ricky, the mover himself. Ricky contacted me the morning of the move, as I’d been told. He and his assistant arrived when they said they would. Most importantly, they took excellent care of our family’s small grand piano. Our daughter was thrilled to receive it! The service is well worth the reasonable price. Thank you!

  I had a very bad experience with Mr.Bradfield. One of our grand piano’s leg was placed a wrong bolt by another mover. The bolt was damaged and can’t not be taken out, so I have to find a professional piano restoration company to fix it. I called Holt, give him very detail about what is wrong and along with some pictures. That was more than 6 months ago, he was very nice to insure me that he can do the job. He also quoted me the price, first hour will be $225 plus tax and $100 for each addition hour. I asked him what happens if he can’t fix it or need more material to come back to fix it, he said if he need to come back he will charge $175 for the first hour and $100 for additional hour. I was fine with his price and try to make an appointment with him. Surprisingly he told me if I make an appointment, I have to give him my credit card information first. I was hesitated at that moment because never before I have to give someone I don’t even know my credit card for an appointment for any services. But I was so anxious to have my piano fixed and also he was referred by my long time piano tuner, I was reluctantly gave him all my credit card information in order for him to come. Let’s not mention he changed my appointment for a couple of time but finally he showed up my house. He seams know what he is doing, and took my piano apart, then he find out he didn’t have the tools to take the bolt out, but fair to me to say he really tried at that time. He told me that he will go back to think about how to fix it, he may need to cut the bolt and order some new parts then he will call me for an appointment to finished the job. I really appreciated that he was tried his best. He didn’t give me any work statement and charged my credit card on his file, that was fine with me. After he left, he nerve call me back. I initiated several phone calls left messages and text messages, he returned some calls, but ignored me most of time. If he returns my call, he will say he is still work on it, he is too busy, he is sick or he is on vacation, or he is not able to order the parts and he will try again to order. It has been more the 6 months pasted, all the piano parts were on the floor, I was extremely patient with him. To a point I was so sick and tired of waiting. Few days ago I texted him not to come back and let someone else to do the job. My intention to post my bad experience with Holt is to warning people, he is not a responsible person. Also he is not very honest as well, because back tracked his quote, he told me the second visit still going to be $225 per hour plus tax instead $175. I was ok to pay what ever he ask for, but up to now he is still no where to be find.
