I used them twice. The first time, they did a decent job. The second time, they broke my dressers and blamed me for buying dressers that had veneer. I lived on a third floor apt and had taken all the drawers out, expecting that the movers would two person carry each piece down or atleast use a blanket if using a dolly. My 6 drawer dresser completely broke and then found scratches and chips allover my other furniture pieces. They openly dissed other customers with this same issue rather than realizing that moving furniture like this needs to be handled better. They took one picture of it before it went onto the truck and then it broke further without my knowledge until the left later as well as the other pieces. Would not recommend them.

Talk about top notch, outstanding service! They were on time, careful and professional. It was the first time I hired movers so I was a little nervous but I immediately felt at ease when I saw how careful they were. They work efficiently and were friendly to work with, even in 20 below weather! My friends who are also moving have asked for their number and even the management company of my mom's assisted living where she moved. She said they were great and wanted to refer them. Reasonable prices too. I would never hire anyone else. So impressed with this company.
