Had to switch from kb trash to the bag lady due to poor service from kb trash. The lady on the phone was very helpful and nice. There are also times where I get up too late to take the trash to the curb and these wonderful workers go up to the house to get it. I'm so appreciative for them! Very affordable trash service! You guys are amazing, thank you!

Wonderful service. We moved outside city limits, and the only option that we knew of was Republic who charged $45 per month for one pick up per week, plus they charged a $120 deposit at the beginning for a trash container. The bag lady was double the pick-ups (twice per week) and about half the price at $25 per month. They pick up 3 bags per pickup which is about what I could fit in the Republic trash can, and they'll pick it up whether I put it in a trash can or not. The pick-ups are very reliable--they've never missed one. I think if they advertised more, they'd have a monopoly on garbage service around here. Highly recommended.
