Booked through U-haul and confirmed a time by phone call the week before moving day. They never showed up and phone went straight to voicemail. This added a huge amount of stress on top of a day that was already going to be stressful enough. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you are relying on the services you paid for.

These guys were a NO CALL, NO SHOW!!! I hired them 3 months in advance, paid a deposit, filled out an enormous email questionnaire, had a lengthy phone conversation, and confirmed with Mike Corcoran, the owner, twice the week prior to my move. The day of the move, he turned his phone off! Never called, text or emailed. Movinghelp.com couldn't even get in touch with him. I am beyond surprised that this rag-tag operation has such great reviews online. What a sham. Do not hire these guys.
