The only reason I'm leaving this star, you have to in order to leave a review. I did a return on the 26th of March to get a leaves blower so I headed over to that department for help with the one I wanted but it was on lock down so I saw an employee, I said excuse me could you help me with a leaves blower he says I'll call someone from home and garden to help cause that's not his department so I stood there for 20mins no one came so I went to the back and the same employee in the back sitting down talking with his coworkers so I say to the woman can you get someone to help me and that same man looked at me and turned his head to the coworker as she calling for help he is saying to her while I'm standing there no don't call have me to go through those double doors and look for someone over there to help me I shook my head at him like I'm going to leave a review cause you didn't want to help me and then tell her to tell me to go look in home and garden for myself LAZY!!!

Excellent customer service I was in search of a particular nut and bolt and I had an associate that was knowledgeable of the actual hardware parts section of the store and they was able to help me with all my needs

This applies to the home Depot in new Castle, Delaware. I was there earlier when I saw the manager "Steve" basically assault a young gentleman and loudly accuse him of trying to steal while he was on his way to the check out line. It made no sense. This kind of thing makes me not want to shop here anymore. Because I may get falsely accused of stealing!!! Please look into this man... Manager Steve!
