First time Storage user! Everything from the initial booking to the actual move in was great. I met with RANDY ( Property Manager) who helped me finalize my unit and took the time to help me. He apologized for the wait while he waited on client before us and he didn’t need to do that as we barely waited. He was very efficient and communicated everything I needed to know. I can tell he’s an amazing asset to this company. The facility was clean and my movers had an easy time doing their job.

It is immaculate! I felt very safe because the hallways are wide and very bright. The person who showed us the unit was clear , very helpful and offered good advice on our move. We were able to purchase moving supplies, and use the carts provided to move things in. On the day of our move a free truck will be provided for our use- which we will need!

Randy, the site manager, was absolutely the most helpful manager we encountered! The location was far cleaner and better organized than the other storage unit we had in Naples. And the fact that they provide a free truck loaner made moving in and out easy without the hassle and expense of getting a UHaul. I would highly recommend the Livingston location to anyone in need of a storage unit!
