  This company did a great job on my move! Josh was in constant communication with me the whole time. I couldn’t have asked for a better service at the price I paid these guys were amazing and would recommend to anyone looking for an honest and professional moving company.

  WORST moving company ever. 2hrs after men had started work, the owner claimed to be checking in and claimed that it would be a larger move because they never assume customers are moving from a fully furnished house. This made me confused because I had told them that we’re moving from a 3bedroom house with a basement, 3 beds, 3 dressers, 3 desks, a dining table with 8 chairs, an L-shaped sofa, outdoor patio table with 6 chairs, piano, quite a few boxes….. Then 3hrs later, I told Josh hey, the guys are slowing down, we’re at 5hr mark and the men have not finished loading and you said they’d load between 3-4hrs. He called and asked how they can help, and I said come out and help. We’re way overtime. He starts yelling, tells me I withheld information and I just hung up. When we got to the new house, we asked the movers if we could get them anything to eat. Then!!!! the moving company owners - husband and wife team - came to yell at my husband and I. That we’re starting a drama, they threatened to withhold our possessions, and to call the police. We never said we weren’t going to pay, we said just hurry up because it’s very late. They instructed the movers to just unload everything in the garage, and we moved everything into our house and have to set up all the furniture ourselves. The female owner came in after they unloaded the last item, simply said I need someone to pay $820. She didn’t even have a bill or invoice to provide us a the actual breakdown of charges. She asked me to venmo her and I insisted for a bill. See the attached. Who sets up a 5-star review for their own company? This female. Do yourself a favor, get a Uhaul and hire movers. This company is a JOKE.

  Lis & Jasenko thank you for your feedback, we accept all feedback whether positive or negative. Unfortunately it is very discouraging when we go out of our way to provide the best service possible and a customer is not truthful about there experience. We had 3 movers arrive on site at the beginning of your move even though you only had scheduled 2, we ask for an inventory of what's included in the move so that we do not have to assume anything as all customers homes and situations are different. The only person yelling and being disrespectful was you to the point where the police almost had to be called for your refusal of payment. We recommended 3-4 movers at the beginning of your move. You refused to pay the additional amount and explained you have moved before and know what your doing. We then reached out again 2 hours later to check back and see if you were still sure you did not want any additional movers on site. You refused again stating you believe two guys would be able to wrap, pack load and unload your whole home in 4 hours. Once you realized you where incorrect you began to be extremely rude stating we should have provided the 3rd guy for free. We then at the unload, had the owner come out as you hung up on us after stating you were not paying and to send a 3rd guy for free. The owner arrived trying to resolve the issue with you where you then held your hand up in there face and said shush you do not talk and began trying to boss the crew around. We had to speak with a 3rd party on site as you would not have a reasonable conversation. We then provided a 3rd mover for free to try and still resolve the matter as an upset customer to us is never what we want whether we are in the right or wrong we go out of our way to ensure the customer is pleased. Your entire move was completed in 6 hours without a single claim of damage. Our guys wrapped packed loaded and unloaded your whole home including a piano in 6 hours safe and efficiently. This is something we are very proud of as our guys are very hardworking and we are very sorry you are not happy as well. Please call or email the company if there is anything we can do on our end.   This company was blessing, they showed up on time and I couldn't have asked for more experienced movers to take care of my belongings. Will definitely use them again.
