  "If you value your items, pick somewhere else! These people don't care. And if you think your extra insurance that you can purchase for another 35 dollars will cover that, think again! They took no responsibility for leaving my mattress with an 18 inch tear. And then after over a month of plotting, they just told told me to call the manufacturer of the mattress because it was the 8 month old mattress's fault. It's sad when people don't own up to a mishandling of your items when you pay them to do something they do everyday. Shop around, that's all I'm saying!"
