by far the most pleasant experience i’ve had at The UPS Store. Erin’s customer service is out of this world. I’ve been in this location a handful of times and this was my first run-in with Erin. I don’t think I can say enough good things about her, very positive attitude!

Excellent customer service by the girls! The store had a line almost out the door and they were very fast and efficient. I had no clue how to do my amazon return and they were nice enough to walk me through it. Thank you for the help, definitely will be returning here!
