The complete opposite of every other moving experience I’ve ever had. Reliable, kind, everything looks great and in perfect condition, price was reasonable. They communicated well leading up to the move. Moving is usually stressful but with these guys it was not. We were moving from Fort Worth up north to Dallas and went with full service packing and it was so seamless, I recommend you spend the money to do this. It’s worth it. They even moved my plants, I couldn't find anyone else to agree to that. I worked with Carter’s team but I'm sure they're all great. Thank you SO MUCH for everything!!

The crew that helped me and my family deserves a 5 star rating from me! As I unpack I see how carefully and thoughtfully they handled my items. I have not found anything damaged. They worked carefully with me every step of the way helping ensure all my moving needs were met and exceeded. While moving, the crew of movers and Carter were so polite, kind, hard working, and professional. I really am so thankful to have found this moving company! I have used many other companies and none of them measure up to The Moving Agency. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

My moving team went above and beyond. Even though I was only moving across Dallas, I felt nervous as I'm a graduate student. Prices were great and the service was the best I'd experienced from a moving company. When I was nervous about leaving the old apartment, one member of the team even took the time to tell me about the new park I’d be living next to. The moving team was also very considerate about cleaning up after themselves before they left. Thank you for helping me make this transition easily.
