  These guys are great. Dusty the owner has great communication. The team he sent were very nice and professional. The Moving Guys really made moving easy. They moved my home from Eastland Texas to Abilene Texas. I can't say thank enough. I wish more small business believed in customer service like these guys do. Thanks again!!

  We hired the moving guys to move our belongings from home into storage while we build a house. They arrived approximately 2 hours after the arrival window. I called to ask when they would arrive and the owner stated they were finishing up a job from the day before. Some notice would have been helpful but it was not given. They sent a crew of 3 guys which seemed like it was not sufficient for the job and did not arrive until approximately 12:30. They did not seem adequately prepared with enough blankets and other moving supplies. They did not come with tools to take apart large pieces of furniture. I’m comparing their lack of supplies to a different company we used in the past to move. The guys were polite and trying to finish the job. However, they were visibly tired and had difficulty lifting heavy items as the day progressed. When you are paying by the hour you expect to have workers ready to go rather than workers who are tired. They did not plan out very well how to pack the storage building in a way that would optimize the space. Our items are still in storage so who knows how much damage they did when moving our items. They did scratch the floors while moving out of the old house.

  These guys were awesome! They showed up and immediately started working to accommodate our needs and get our items moved as quickly as possible while also being careful. Eythan and Terry both made sure that we were extremely happy with our decision to use The Movings Guys for our move!
