Brent came today and was extremely knowledgeable in tuning our piano. Not only is he pitch perfect; he was able to proceed even though the room was somewhat disorganized. I allowed no noise to be present and listened while he did his work excellently! Thank you Piano Shop for continuing to keep our piano in tip top shape!❤️ Many thanks to Matt and the entire staff and representatives, knowledgeable in this fine art!👏

We were very pleased with the service provided before and during our piano tuning. The price was appropriate ($135 after a 15% cash discount). The Piano Shop was able to make an appointment for us during Christmas break, and in the late afternoon, to accommodate our very busy family schedule. Email replies were prompt and professional. The tuning professional, Ethan, was punctual, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His work was precise and conscientious, and he was very kind to welcome our children to watch the mechanics of the tuning. We will definitely be returning customers.

I have been using the folks from The Piano Shop for years to tune my home piano and wouldn't go anywhere else. Always courteous, professional and do a great job. Also, my church bought our new piano from them and it is wonderful. Highly recommend them.
