  The facility itself is terrific, and their customer service seemed to be very attentive and willing to assist. My problem is that I signed up and received confirmation of 24/7 access to the facility I recently moved my belongings to. But after attempting to gain access @ 11pm (I'm a truck driver so my schedule is erratic in comparison to most folks) and being denied. I was left a voicemail informing me that the confirmation I had received was a mistake and that I had chosen a facility that would not grant me access 24/7. Needless to say, this is a hassle and a nuisance that I am not in anyway at fault for. Wish I had not been misinformed prior to moving all of my possessions just to have to do it again in the very near future.

  Worst customer service/management I've ever had to deal with. They're borderline harassing which its good they have security cameras because it will be easy to prove in a lawsuit. They randomly come up with "rules" that were never disclosed, hard to abide by rules without properly being informed of them. They have a contract but also refuse to follow the terms laid out in thar as well. One big lawsuit waiting to happen. There a lot of great competitors with great security systems and much friendlier staff that offer the same prices. I highly recommend ANY other storage company. Good luck.
