Worst experience ever! Was told when I arrived at 4 pm with my truck moving from Minnesota that I could not get into the storage until the following day! This delayed my return to Minnesota. The unit had a gross, thick spot of nastiness in the center. I took pictures so I dont get blamed! I have never gotten the gate to open they have given me 3 different cards. The guy worker laughed at my frustration! Sad because I love love love uhaul of St. Paul where I am from! Do better Muskegon! Also Uhaul don't seam to care about their customers they have only said sorry and do nothing to fix the problem!
