Honestly a really frustrating experience. Not because of not accomplishing the one task that I needed but instead because of the lack of kindness one employee showed to others. One younger employee was so cold and bitter in her answers to two other employees. I have never seen someone be so unkind in a workplace. They needed answers so that they could help me and she seemed absolutely disinterested in not only being kind to them, but also helping me print something. I wish I had spoken up to help the two women in the moment. If I had to recommend a place to print documents, it would not be here. I hope the workplace becomes a better environment for those I met.

We have been customers for many years after changing from our USPS mailbox. They have great service and the package delivery is very convenient for us since everything is kept in a dry environment. Nichole is a great associate, always helpful as is the owner and the other employees at this location. Highly recommended.

DO NOT rent a mailbox here! They only have one employee now due to poor management and COVID. This one employee is worn out and screams and yells at customers. Have not seen the franchise owner in a month. Packages get lost. I expect that come Christmas the doors will be shut because that one worn out employee probably will either collapse or leave. They hate their customers. New employees last about 2 weeks at most. Went in one morning and it was filthy. Trash all over. UPS corporate doesn't care. Owner is absent and doesn't care. One person working here. What could go wrong? Everything. A mailbox at the Main PO in Wasilla for a year is the same price as a small box here is for a couple of months plus at the Post Office they have friendly professional service. I predict this UPS Store will close in the near future due to extremely poor management.
