Rented a truck on line and I went to location and owner/employee wouldn't help.. Lock box didnt open for me. Sub zero temps outside. Not even a plug to charge phone.. Rude.. I'll never attempt to rent a U HAUL AGAIN. $200. In cab fares this day to do what I rented a truck for.. Next time maybe tell your customer this place isn't in business as it was several miles north of wasilla to find out it isn't open...rent from a reputable company that has a rental....
