The woman who answered the phone is super rude and wouldn’t let me talk or tell her the info being told when I was trying to get a package picked up for me because I’m outside of state

Do not let this store package anything of value. Our vintage stereo was packaged and shipped by this store, arrived crushed beyond repair. We paid extra for insurance and can’t even get reimbursed. I wouldn’t recommend shipping anything of value through UPS!!!
