  Terrible! We reserved a truck 3 weeks ago and then got a cancellation notice by email the day before we were scheduled to pick up the truck. I talked to Terry and he said that Budget had cancelled our reservation for some reason. I then talked to Budget who said that they couldn't have cancelled the reservation and that it had been cancelled by the store. I now have to drive 50 miles to get another truck, as the truck that we rented (which we observed to be at the store yesterday and was confirmed by Terry himself) is no longer available. I would definitely not recommend this location as this guy seems to exhibit unprofessional behavior.

  The worst experience, I ever had. The guy name Terry at this location is very unprofessional, unethical scammer and junky human being. He should not be a Budget dealer, he is just trashing the Budget name and company reputation. He has no knowledge to operate the dealership, his customer service, customer interaction is sucks. He is nothing but a street boy, I am regular customer of Budget, no body Treat me bad like this guy, every time I go there for pickup or dropoff, the guy is having problems. One of the visit I had unlimited milages for my trip, when reserved, he try to charge me extra for milage, on my refusal he try to cut a deal and ask me to pay $200.00 on the side in order to close the contract. I SHOWED him my reservation, he refused to honor it and said Budget shoul not give you unlimited milage. He GOTvery ugly on my refusal and ask me to leave his business place. Second occassion, I was late couple of days to return The truck, Again he try to cut a deal if I pay him for two days, he will hook me up. I Didn't let him do it. I personally try to avoid this rental location, but sometimes have no option, but to go there. Today I had online reservation, it was the only location with big trucks available. First of all as Usual, he was very nasty and told me I have new truck and you have to buy insurance, otherwise I will not rent you. I TOLD HIM, I carry my own Personal and business vehicle insurance and the rental vehicle is covered under my policy. He refused to rent me until I buy the insurance from him. I ASKED HIM, why he is doing it. I drive sixy miles to get the truck. He got aggrevated and yell at me to leave the place and refused to rent me. FINALLY, I had to beg and buy the insurance from him in order to rent a truck. Some body has to look in to it. The guy is hurting rental business and doing fishy stuff under the table. He is the crook and non professional guy in this kind of nusiness.

  Total scammers, they charged me for 7 extra days when I only kept it 3, they charged cleaning fee when I returned it exactly as I got it(pictures and video to prove)..DO NOT RENT from this location unless you want HUGE surprise on your credit card
