Great customer service. Great fast communication. Easy and simple to deal with the manager Chris. I had an issue not finding any storage in Tallahassee so after calling Uhaul they found this location. I reached out to confirm I would have 24/7 access unsure of my arrival time. The easy trip was made even better when my first unit was not enough and Chris quickly found another one. He showed up and paperwork was competed in minutes. He even recommended a local late lunch place that was just wonderful after a long day of moving.

I rented a unit from this storage company, at first everything seemed good except the size when we go there, but no big deal, they pro rated price from when I actually started, but when it came to leaving they are charging the whole month and taking everything out on the 2nd of the month..Guess they pro rate to get you in, but out you get charged for time not there. Seek other storage companies and find out everything first. wish it would let me put zero strts, but have to put at least one.

Dear May C Briere, I am sorry you do not agree with our rental agreement that you signed. It is clearly explained in the first 2 lines of the rental agreement under terms which states the following - "Thereafter the lease shall continue from month to month unless terminated by the occupant or owner by giving a ten (10) day notice. All rents end on the last day of the month and will not be prorated if occupant moves out prior to." You just provided notice on October 27th that your were leaving on November 2nd which is also in breach of our rental agreement. I am sorry once again that you feel it is necessary to give us a 1 star rating when you are clearly in breach of our agreement. Thank you for your business. Have a wonderful day.

This storage facility had the storage unit I was looking for at a affordable price. A great location on US highway 19 made it convenient with friendly service. You can not go wrong with storing your stuff at Thomasville Self Storage.
