  Justin was very responsive and quick with assisting me with the schedule coz I need to move the next day. He was able to book me a schedule with my chosen time. Both movers were on time and was fast enough to move my stuff. They moved all 25 large boxes, heavy furnitures etc in 2 hours. Both were very pleasant. I have some issues with minor things and Frank was able to fix it.

  Horrible experience! 3 hrs late to pack up. 4 days late to deliver our stuff. Over charged us. Charged a no stacking fee for the motorcycle (see photos) may items damaged or destroyed! Will not respond to emails or messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

  We supply all our clients with windows of arrival, we apologize for the late start. We stored your property for 1 month free till your alabama property was available. We have 10 days to deliver from the 1 requested date, and the tardiness was due to tornados and people loosing there homes. We laid the truck down till we could reasses where we were able to deliver because the other client in the truck lost their home in a tornado. Your contract shows you signed for the basic insurance which is what was offered and you declined. Per the contract and photos. We do not compensate for press board . Most furniture purchased from Walmart or ikea have these issues. We accomidated 3/4 of a truck full Storage and redelivery 700 miles away to 1384 County Rd. 209 HouseDanville AL 35619 352.502.2643 Your total job Was $4179 which was $300 more than you were quoted from us when your competing quotes were up too $12,000 and we still moved you with all these additional items Lawn mower- Twin bed- 6 trash bags+ 2 dressers+ Washer+dryer Recliners2+ 6 patio chairs+ 2 65inch t.v 2tables 20boxes Finally- you attempted to dispute the charges for services completed Moving sucks all around the board and we work very hard to accomidate and help our clients with a smooth transition We truly apologize for how you precieved your experience. We feel we went above and beyond to provide an AFFORDABLE moving service. You have the option to accept the dispute.

  I worked with Brian, Josh and Darius. They moved everything super fast, and had my whole apartment loaded and unloaded quickly. They are all very nice and really friendly. It is very clear that they work hard and was on top of it. I highly recommend them for not only being quick with moving everything but being very pleasant to work with. They can get the job done quick and in a hurry. I’m very glad I went with them for my moving needs and got a great team!
