Don't use this company. We recently relocated across country through a PCS/military move. I was attempting to be understanding given the recent pandemic-related supply issues that have percolated through our system, but I lost my patience during the claims process. Here are a few of the issues we encountered: 1. Packing was very poor to the point where many breakables and some items that you wouldn't consider breakable (cast iron!) were damaged during shipment. I have pictures of boxes with heavy books on top of baskets, broken light bulbs haphazardly tossed in, unwrapped ceramics, etc. 2. The coding of furniture pre-packing (watch this part if you are new to moving) was dishonest. I am the first to admit that some of our stuff is 'used' and 'worn', but not all of our furniture is this way. I have many items that are actually in like-new shape (not scratches good finish, etc.) along with the coding that noted it as worn and scratched, etc. to show that they were not honest here. They literally went down the list and marked damaged on every single piece of furniture. We haven't moved much and so it was new information to us to watch out for this coding before signing off on the packing sheets. 3. We waited roughly a month for our items to arrive from the cross-country move. This was likely mostly due to the system gridlock in summer 2021, but still it was frustrating that stuff was stored for so long. 4. This is what motivated me to post my first ever review on google. I filed a claim for the items that were broken within the timeline specified by the company and PCS. They used the time difference between the move date and the report date to refuse a claim for a broken table, essentially claiming that I could be lying about when the damage occurred. I waited to file because I wanted to finish unpacking everything and filing one claim instead of multiple. I have a picture on my phone that is date stamped showing a broken table on the move date. The movers themselves were the ones to first point out the damage! They also refused to reimburse for a broken aquarium. Admittedly I forgot to take a picture of this item, but here again the movers noted the damage and actually hauled it away for us because it was dangerous to handle a box of broken glass. I am still really upset that they think writing "must respectfully deny liability" after arguing that you are lying is professional. If you need more evidence ask for it first!

The company was contracted to complete my military move, they subcontracted the packers, company that loaded the truck, the truck, storage, and the delivery crew. A number of my Items were scraped or dented in that process and the company accepted zero liability and offered zero compensation for majority of the higher value items. I can only assume since this was a GOVT contracted move they were paid quite a substantial amount and the truck and crews they subcontracted didn’t appear to be worth top dollar. My claim wasn’t ridiculous by any means but this company attempted to nickel and dime me with universal Amazon replacement parts or Chinese replacement items that were broken. If possible avoid this company, yes your items will arrive to the destination but may not be in the same condition upon arrival and if they have any existing damage but arrive in a worse condition the come will not compensate or replace anything.

Do not use this pathetic company. I PCS'd overseas in March 2020 and my property in Maryland was placed in storage by Platinum Service Inc moving company. The Platinum Service movers stole my backpack that was half full of currency coins after they left my residence and returned to their moving truck to load my household goods. I returned from overseas 18 months later and had my household goods delivered to me in Arizona by Tier One Relocation. After discovering my backpack with the currency coins missing (which was to be expected) I advised Tier One Relocation through my claim, on what happened to the coins...Well it went through one ear and out the other. All they did was assure it wasn't their company's fault and did not properly follow-up on the information I provided them, nor consult with Platinum Services regarding my statement in the claim on what happened to the coins...They were only concerned about placing the blame off themselves. Well, I will be filing a civil suit against the Tier One Relocation. I hope they have a plan B for another job. Word of advice...make sure the movers don't generalize property on the inventory form, for example, if the write wardrobe/clothing....make them list every separate piece....that's how my backpack with the coins were stolen. These companies allow their movers to steal. Basically, they will purposely leave items off the inventory form and then steal your stuff, so don't sign the form unless every paperclip is documented and take pictures of the movers as well and record them. All the company will say is "It wasn't documented on the inventory form, so there's no proof it existed." These companies condone the thefts of their workers, and the workers know that, and know they can get away with it. I am also going to take it to the media so it get's broadcasted worldwide.
