  "Don't use this company. We recently relocated across country through a PCS/military move. I was attempting to be understanding given the recent pandemic-related supply issues that have percolated through our system, but I lost my patience during the claims process. Here are a few of the issues we encountered: 1. Packing was very poor to the point where many breakables and some items that you wouldn't consider breakable (cast iron!) were damaged during shipment. I have pictures of boxes with heavy books on top of baskets, broken light bulbs haphazardly tossed in, unwrapped ceramics, etc. 2. The coding of furniture pre-packing (watch this part if you are new to moving) was dishonest. I am the first to admit that some of our stuff is 'used' and 'worn', but not all of our furniture is this way. I have many items that are actually in like-new shape (not scratches good finish, etc.) along with the coding that noted it as worn and scratched, etc. to show that they were not honest here. They literally went down the list and marked damaged on every single piece of furniture. We haven't moved much and so it was new information to us to watch out for this coding before signing off on the packing sheets. 3. We waited roughly a month for our items to arrive from the cross-country move. This was likely mostly due to the system gridlock in summer 2021, but still it was frustrating that stuff was stored for so long. 4. This is what motivated me to post my first ever review on google. I filed a claim for the items that were broken within the timeline specified by the company and PCS. They used the time difference between the move date and the report date to refuse a claim for a broken table, essentially claiming that I could be lying about when the damage occurred. I waited to file because I wanted to finish unpacking everything and filing one claim instead of multiple. I have a picture on my phone that is date stamped showing a broken table on the move date. The movers themselves were the ones to first point out the damage! They also refused to reimburse for a broken aquarium. Admittedly I forgot to take a picture of this item, but here again the movers noted the damage and actually hauled it away for us because it was dangerous to handle a box of broken glass. I am still really upset that they think writing "must respectfully deny liability" after arguing that you are lying is professional. If you need more evidence ask for it first!"
