Trailer 53569 really needs to be fired before they kill someone. Watched him do 70mph through a 40mph zone through 3 towns. I have a recording of him cutting off and being aggressive with other 18 wheeler drivers and vehicles! Absolutely not okay. Hire better drivers!!!

I love driving for Timco so far! They treat drivers very well compared to other companies that I have driven for in the past. Orientation was very professional and accommodating.

Bought appliances through Home Depot, scheduled delivery for two weeks out. The night prior to delivery they sent me confirmation of 7am-11am delivery, and that the driver would call when they were 30min out. At 9:30am I got a call from dispatch that they decided not to come because they needed a different truck to go into residential. They asked to reschedule for TWO WEEKS later. Gave no other options, the girl on the phone was one of the rudest people I've ever talked to. Her title was in customer service, not only did the company not give her an ability to give customers service, her manner was clearly anti-customer. I told her we'd drive to meet her truck at the freeway or wherever they wanted. She said she'd have her manger call me. No manager called. I called back 2 hours later, she said that her manager was in a meeting. Then said it'll be hours before he'll talk to you. And then hung up on me. Meanwhile I took off work to be home, and all my food is going bad without a refrigerator.
