  Atrocious company!! If I could give negative stars, I would. Time Moving Company STOLE my belongings, lied about it, and destroyed my other stuff! I had to contact the credit card company to get a refund. When coronavirus first struck, my university gave me two options to store my belongings––Time Moving company was one of them. Wrong move. First, when I scheduled my belongings to be delivered in September, I called the company to confirm the delivery date. The employee who picked up the phone simply told me they could not tell me when they were dropping them off. What? I had to ask my SCHOOL when the belongings were delivered, which turned out to be a different date than I asked. Fast forward to September when I move back into my dorm. I begin to unpack my belongings. In the first box were my posters SHREDDED, FOLDED, RIPPED, and TAPED together and shoved either into plastic bags or just jammed inside! (evidence below) As I continued unpacking, I noticed that a lot of my other belongings were missing, such as a memory foam mattress topper, but most notably my refrigerator. On this fridge were precious items such as magnets of childhood memories that are now gone forever. I emailed them on September 18th about my belongings (screenshot below). On September 21st, they responded tersely indicating that they didn’t pick up a fridge (also attached below). I responded the same day addressing the problem––with evidence that I explicitly instructed them to pick up my fridge, mattress topper, and put my posters in the poster tube. (attached) I also asked several other questions. They NEVER responded!! When I provided evidence, they ignored me. I finally was able to get a refund from the credit card company in NOVEMBER––three months after they ignored me and lied to me. NEVER use this company unless you want to pay $2,000 for your stuff stolen and destroyed then watch the company try to deceive you.

  We were called upon by Ms. Vessels school to come and pack and move into storage over 500 students belongings that remained in the dorms because the students had to leave because of COVID. All items were packed carefully into bins which are large boxes and sealed. All items were packed in the condition they were and not touched again after being sealed into the bin. Ms. Vessel had four bins of items. The school supervised all packing and did take photographs of all items as they sat in the dorm room and as the items were packed. The four sealed bins were delivered back to Ms. Vessels new dorm room and all items were returned to her in the condition they were in when packed. Because of COVID the school controlled the delivery dates. We could only deliver students back to school as authorized by the school.

  I Have been using Time Moving and Storage in my current position for 6 years. I have (3-4) in house movers providing service in my facility. They are prompt attentive and willing to go the extra mile to complete all tasks given to them safely and efficiently. The office staff is also courteous and conscientious about all billing and shredding matters. The leadership in the office has worked as a partner in always coming up with innovative ways to improve processes. They have been a staple in my team.

  Moved furniture for a two-bedroom apt from MA to NY. Very helpful advisor on the phone to arrange the move. The crew who came to get our stuff were polite, professional, and efficient. Stuff arrived on the date promised. I have nothing bad to say about their work. I loved how the move turned out. So happy!!!
