  We hired Timmy Hayes Moving to move us from our apartment into a new home. They were prompt, courteous and complete professionals. Charles, Tyrell, Will and Colton did a fantastic job, including figuring out a way to get an extremely heavy and large piece up the stairs to the master. We highly recommend the company.

  Trying to run up the hourly cost, the driver sat in the truck and didn't move it twice for at least 30 minutes each time. Everyone else waited for him at the other end. People did see him just sitting in the truck doing nothing. I drove back around to check and there he was just sitting in the truck. We saw our furniture being dragged on concrete and banged about un the truck and outside. As a result, multiple pieces of custom furniture were damaged. One of the movers said about a damaged dresser, "It's just on the bottom." As if damage is part of their routine. Calls to an unprofessional "Coach" are useless. He is not truthful when he states that he will get their furniture repair person to come right out. Three calls and three calls full of empty promises. Oh, and the bill was higher due to the added time added on by the driver sitting in the truck. I would never use this company again and would recommend others use any company except Timmy Hayes. Is Timmy Hayes a real person or is Timmy Hayes "Coach Rhon"?

  Coach Ron is simply the best. We had last minute changes due to medical reasons for our child and he worked with us time and time again. So grateful for kind, compassionate people. Thank you Coach Ron!!
