We chose this facility based off of the pricing. After only 5 months we got a letter that our monthly cost would increase by 33 dollars per month. I reached out to the facility management and they explained that they did a survey of surrounding storage facilities and what they were charging and decided to raise their rates.... This is ridiculous and pure greed. Avoid CubeSmart at all cost, they lack integrity, morals, and will just raise their rate on you whenever they want to for no good reason. What about the people that chose to use your facilities due to the price? Shame on you....

From time to time, we find it necessary to make adjustments to our customers' rental rates in order to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service and a clean facility. The manager of this location, Jennifer, is excellent. The site is very clean and maintained, More important is the service provided. She always quickly responded. And when she saw I had rented two 10 x 20 units she recommended that I may be able to consolidate a unit to a 10 x 10, saving over $100 a month. We did this and the flip to the smaller unit didn't cost any administrative fee. A very customer focused location.
