  Showed up late, broke a cabinet, tore up our freshly new lawn at our driveway entrance, and over charged us an hour. This company is a JOKE ! Slow and unexperienced.

  Thank you for your review. I am the owner of the company having 38 years in the moving business. I was at your move and Alex that haves 8 years of moving experience. I do apologize for being late, but I did call you ahead time and told why and told you the new time I was going to be there. When I got there your girlfriend refrigerator and washer and dryer that was on pedestal need to come off and door had to come off the refrigerator. Your girlfriend was advised before move. You can see were time is slipping. Also we had to use liftgate because it was pouring that day and could not use the ramp for the truck because your items were front loaders washer and dryer and solid oak wood furniture. Also yes a cabinet did break, but it was press broad Cabinet. We should have shrink Wrap it. Also before we moved all your items we wrap everything up in moving pads before transport. Your lawn we did not do, I came up to you and told you about somebody running over your lawn! I explain and said you can look at my tires I did not do that. We always use a backer before backing up to a house with long driveway. All my 5 stars says what I do

  Top Gun Movers were absolutely AMAZING. I live on the second floor of a two story house. I ordered a treadmill and had a horrible experience with the company who delivered it. Long story short, this other company left me with a 260 pound box in the hallway downstairs blocking the entrance. The initial delivery company couldn't help me, local contractors couldn't help me, everyone said it was too heavy and too much of a daunting task. I called Top Gun Movers in a panic because I needed it moved from my neighbors front door. Jorge immediately came to my rescue and had two guys sent over within a couple hours of us speaking. They were professional and quick. There was no hesitation and doubt they could handle it, and within minutes, my treadmill was comfortably in my apartment. I will definitely be using Top Gun Movers for any of my future moving needs. Thanks Top Gun!
