  These people are horrible. Over charged, damaged everything they touched, never returned phone calls, took 5 days to drive from Florida to east Texas. Tried to claim damages with there “ insurance “ We claimed a couple thousand dollars of damage ( it was much more). After being run around by the insurance company they only want to pay $75.00. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY Customer service is horrible, the movers broke and damaged everything

  I hired this company to move my furniture from the house I sold to a new one one about 20 minutes away. The owner gave me an estimate based on the approximate time needed for my belongings. I was not told that boxing pictures and glass would be extra. The mover who came told me. At the old house I paid some money and gave the balance on arrival at the new house. At this time I gave the two guys a $40.00 tip, $20.00 for each. Later on during the move the guys told me they will stop working in 30 minutes when my allotted time is up unless I pay more which I did for another 30 minutes. It happened again when the time was up. I was getting nervous because I was on a strictly enforced clock. When the time was up again I saw a small, light weight chest in the garage that needed to be moved a few feet into a bedroom. It couldn't of taken more than 2 minutes. They refused to do it, but finally said they would for $20.00. They did not say that money corresponded to any set additional time so I could only assume they kept this amount that they came up with. Can you imagine that. After giving them a nice tip. I mentioned this to the office manager who agreed with me what happened was not right and she would refund that money. I never got it. I had a credenza that needed to be placed against the wall in the foyer. It was a short distance from the truck. They still should of used a dolly, placed it against the wall, remove the dolly and lower the credenza. Instead they carried it into the house rested it on my new tile about 2 feet from the wall and pushed it against the wall scratching the tile. Choosing this company was a mistake.

  This company is the worst moving company. This happened last year July. Their first estimate was about $7,000 but then I end up with $12,000. That wasn’t the only problems. They told me it will be delivery in 1 week but end up took them 2 weeks. When they arrived on that sat, they end up arrived late afternoon that cost them not enough time to unpack appropriate. They had lost all the screws to my bed frame, dinning table and all my tv stand. They left all my TV on the floor without putting them back together and my bed frame wasn’t put together too. They told me the next day someone else will come back to put everything together but it was all lie. They broke my computer desk, my bed frame, my curve TV, and lost the stand to the TV. When I contact them they told me just look for handyman to do it. I end up have to pay extra $300 more for the handyman. This is the worst company and the most irresponsible company. Also they lie about their price.
