  Best Total Wine and more store in the area! Frances E. is always there to assist or recommend a beverage or new Champagne for me. The selection of Champagnes is amazing ranging from high to low in price, delicate wines in all. Thank you, Frances for the latest recommendation. Enjoyed.

  Up till now they were a great store, but i buy a $100 bottle of wine, bad cork, bad wine (made me sick) i return it not expecting a full refund (i had my receipt) but some kind of compensation.....nothing. For almost 3 years I've have spent a few thousand dollars and referred new customers i expected a little more gratitude for the business i brought in. i will not shop there anymore and will cancel my rewards membership. Buyer beware.

  This Total Wine & More is tiny and as a result, has a pretty small selection. The staff is always really friendly, though. Annoyingly, if you go in there and ask for a particular beer that you cant find, they almost never have it in stock, their website stock is incorrect, they cant order it, but they always seem to find it at another store but cant exchange stock between stores... So basically the only solution is to drive around to different stores hoping they have things in stock that their website says they do (usually not the case or nobody can find it). Their prices tend to be a bit higher than a lot of other places that sell beer as well... Step up your stocking game and figure out a way to allow me to order things or ship things between stores or if nothing else, put things on hold...

We always aim to have one of the best selections around, and we'd like to learn what you could not find at our store so we can look into carrying it. Keep in mind, what we're allowed to order and stock depends completely on what our distributor/wholesaler partners carry for us to order.
