  We had a trailer attached to our hitch in Lorton and we didn't even drive 30 miles before the chain was dragging on the highway. We found the first uhaul location at Sudley Rd and the employee (Billy) immediately noticed that the ball Mount was entirely too low and said we should have been told that. He didn't have car jack to work with or anything to lift the bar so he improvised with pieces of wood and replaced the ball Mount for us. We are driving cross country to California so we were lucky to have stopped at this location to find such a knowledgeable and extremely helpful employee who helped get us safely back in the road.

  Absolutely awful. They ripped me off by providing paperwork that told me how much to refill the tank, and when I followed the recommendation I ended up giving them an extra quarter of a tank a gas. With a truck that big, it was probably about $25 worth. Then, when I returned the truck I told the guy and he did not seem surprised or offer to give me a credit. He would not even recognize that the gas was full, instead of at 3/4 tank like it was when I picked it up. And then he lied on the paperwork-- saying that the tank was only 3/4 full when was actually full--so that they would not have to give me a credit. Then when I sent a complaint to corporate, they just said too bad so sad. These guys are crooks, and they regularly commit consumer fraud-- And it runs all the way up to the corporate level. You should stay away.

  Trucks have major problem with odometer, I drove a 15’ truck for 51 miles but paid for 69 miles (30% more)!! DON’T LET THEM FOOL YOU WITH THESE COMPETITIVE PRICES!!! Everything else was good, no complains.
