This place well keep taking funds out of your account after you've canceled ur storage...its so hard too get intouch with anybody at this facility .so far there's been two months of storage fees taken out of my account thinking each month it's going too stop. I've left several emails with no response whatsoever..what gives this place the right to keep stealing your hard earned money from your account..Plus no one ever answeres tge phone...I know storage units are hard too come buy in blue ridge but that doesn't give then the right to steal your money..
