  I'm a company driver. TransAm gave me a chance fresh out of CDL-A school, and with a criminal record. They've been pretty good to me, and they pay me well. I am grateful for the opportunity. Bubba and Jay, the guy's who are out there training TransAm driver's, are the best. Those two taught me a lot, and taught me well. Here's a picture of my 2022 Kenworth T680 that TransAm trusted me with straight out of training. At least $200,000 worth of equipment right there. Thank you TransAm.

  There are tons of driving jobs out here guys & gals! Do - not - work - for - this - company. Whatever is the number on the side of your truck?? That is your identity to them! When you call dispatch, payroll/HR or whoever, they will ask you "What is your truck number?" before the conversation even start! Also, this company will micromanage you to death - ELD messages and phone calls constantly to keep - that - truck - moving! If you don't answer, THEY CALL YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT ON FILE to figure out why you aren't answering! Administration stick together. They get a kick out of writing you up and calling to see why the truck isn't moving! That's the only thing they're good for! I don't typically leave bad reviews, but this company is by far the worst in the Kansas City metro.

  It’s a starter company, or your forever company. It’s just what you make of it, if you want high pay starting out your in the wrong place. Two years with them an it wasn’t fantastic but it was good. Do not lease here unless you know how to properly. The average check a week making 57 cents a mile was around 1000 to 1600.
