I’ve done 10 moves in my professional life - some great, some ok, but this one took the cake as the most awful and unprofessional move ever. I completely understand things don’t always go as planned but in this case and working with Lou was an embarrassment in terms of her unprofessionalism, unresponsiveness and lack of transparency. Of note, I did not choose or hire A. Arnold. This was a company relocation. So, this was taken out of my hands. Our relocation department has been notified about this awful and stressful experience. I will not go into details but in summary, expectations were set at the beginning and the outcome was completely different to the tune of changing travel and work plans due to Lou’s horrific customer service skills. The icing on this proverbial cake was once the amazing team came for pack-out and loading, I asked the lead if the move could have taken place later in the week as I had expressed to Lou a couple of months before. The response was yes, it could have happened on Thursday or Friday. Funny, how Lou said it was impossible. I guess not. Anyhow, there many things that can be said. Be careful folks! Lou is a piece of work.

We had a great experience with this company. Was cheaper than we anticipated and Matt left a lasting impression on us. He was kind and polite, and worked very hard to get our things moved quickly and carefully. Recommending this company to my friends who need a job done soon hoping they get Matt or another employee that has the same work ethic as him.. two thumbs up!

Matt and his crew did an excellent job moving our items. The best thing I can say about the crew is I'd hire all of them to work for me if I owned a business!!! The final bill was hundreds less then what was estimated. Can't beat that!!! I'd recommend your company to anyone looking for a mover!! Thanks for all your help Evan!! You have wonderful employees!!
