  Unfortunately my experience has been the worst possible in the SF Bay Area. They’re not good for their word. I got rescheduled for a Costco appliance delivery that Transmotion was going to deliver and install 3 times. Each time they didn’t have scheduler in the area or don’t trucks coming to the area. Why schedule if you don’t have a schedule confirmed to work in an area. With a household with kids not having things working is a nightmare. Even worst they have the appliance and won’t return it to Costco so they can find me a different installer. Stay away from them, I will writing to Costco logistics team to re-evaluate their installer in the area.

  WORST equipment movers of all time! If you value your equipment do not use TRANSMOTION. Yes, I made the mistake and hired TRANSMOTION to move my $10,000 Power Plate Pro and now it does not work. They sent another team out to check it (2 guys) and one of the guys was on the original team of 2 people who claimed they never had the machine apart despite one of my business partners watching them disassemble it. They will not call me back; They claim to be working on it yet nothing ever gets set up; They try and wear you down and hope you will go away with your complaint; They workers lie to avoid responsibility; This has been going on for over a month now. I am now involving my attorney in this horror show.

  I am so happy i hired Transmotion for relocation of my fitness equipment...professional and fast.. the guys were very polite and professional too
