We used this company to move some items when putting our house up for sale. They messed up our wood floors SO bad and never said a word. Just kept going. They didn’t care at all. These floors were so severely damaged that we spent hours cleaning these gouges. After days of trying, I finally talked to someone at the office who offered to fix this but by then it was too late as we had to put the house on the market. He promised to talk to someone and call me back. I still have not heard from them and it’s been over a month. Also, the movers smoked right before they came in my house and it smelled like stale smoke. Pretty unprofessional and gross to enter someone home like that. Overall, would not use this company again.

If you could pick any company to move your belongings, I would opt to pick any company but this one. Besides the scheduler, who was very kind and professional, I would not recommend the movers or the management team. They refuse to take responsibility for my broken bed. After reporting the damage claim, it took a week for the Operations Manager to come and "assess the damage." Then, after phone calls and email asking for a resolution on the matter, I finally received a response from the GM that they refuse to take responsibility. Time was certainly not of the essence. As a professional in this area who works with movers often, I would categorize this company as unethical. It was evident from my experience with them that they lack the ability to do the right thing. Certainly not a place I would recommend.

Yana, I spoke the the General Manager and it sounds like you signed forms making you aware that damage may occur before it actually did. If you would like to further discuss this, we would be more then willing to explain it again.

Would love to have rated their moving abilities but I couldn't even get past the email portion. Was responded to with a questionnaire to fill out regarding the type/amount of furniture I have. Emailed back my answers only to never hear from them again.
