Horrible customer service! I have lots of damaged furniture and damaged walls/front door (see photos). I’ve called repeatedly and the company is not responsive. They’ve promised an appointment to evaluate damaged furniture, but they missed their appointment which was a 4 hour window, wasting 4 hours of my day. I’ve called 5 times since that missed appointment and still haven’t received a response or resolution. Movers were very careless and slow. Didn’t protect my furniture with furniture blankets or wrap furniture, which I explicitly asked for and believe I was charged extra for. Velvet bed on floor of building and floor of moving truck without moving blankets, bent bed railing and stripped screws when putting bed back together, didn’t wrap mattress, damaged several wood pieces, etc etc etc. Horrible experience! Use a different company.

Even within an industry as terrible as moving companies, these guys are absolutely the worst. Anyone want picture evidence of their work just ask. So many grievances I can’t list them all here. Bottom line, stay far far away from these criminals. And if for some reason you have no other option but to use them, under no circumstances DO NOT hire them to wrap and pack. And certainly don’t pay them until you’ve unpacked and checked everything. Their avg rating on here is laughable. They must’ve paid for a lot of them.
