The rating for this review would be higher if it weren't for the fact that the company sent a truck that was not large enough. So they could not accommodate all of our possessions. They didnt tell us until the truck was almost full that the order stated (no boxes). Rediculous!! We filled my pickup, trailer and my wife's car 3 times and had to make three 90 mile round trips to bring everything to our new house. In addition, our office desk was broken to the point where its non-repairable. The manager did contact us the next day and we're waiting to hear about their plan to reimburse us. All in all, we feel that a discount on the moving fee would be reasonable, but to this point the manager has not offered. The 2 guys who performed the load and unload were great to work with. They were courteous, on time and worked hard. It was unfortunate that the desk was damaged and they felt bad about it. Everything else arrived in good condition.

After moving cross county our new apartment ended up on the top floor. We didn't feel like moving up three floors. I called and within an hour, I had two movers. They were a great help. They were friendly and very careful with our stuff. I would recommend them a million times!!!
