Storage clean and secure. Maintenance worker very friendly. However customer service by phone is nonexistent. Twice call 800 customer service and both times two hour hold before speaking to someone live. Then referred to website and no information there either. I am owed a refund and it shows in “their system but customer service in person doesn’t seem to know where the refund went.

I didn’t have any issues. Everything went fine with the truck and got a month free storage.

Called them to buy a trailer hitch they say they have the parts then magically a few minutes later they don’t have it. Very poor service. Thanks for nothing.
