  The team from two men and a truck were excellent to deal with from arranging a move to day of services. Responses to calls and emails were prompt , and clear expectations provided. Day of the move, the team arrived promptly as scheduled , including calls alerting they were on their way . Everything was moved quickly and carefully, set up or disassembled as needed, and moved to the designated area. Staff was courteously and friendly

  Overall disappointed with the service. Have used another franchisee in the past with much more professional service. It's my belief it was some of the movers first day on the job. Careless moving, many of my wood furniture has dings or mars on it now. A large antique wood table which should have been moved by 2 men was moved by one. I had to tell the kids when to grab a dolley, showing no training had occurred. Carpet protection was set down but still found dirt tracked in from shoes in areas where it wasn't laid down, leading me to wonder why did they proceed further into a room with no protection? A rented water cooler with the 5 gallon jug still in it was moved without the use of a dolley and is now broken. Furniture was just set down in the middle of room not off to the side, even when told where to place the piece in the master bedroom I later discovered instructions were not followed. I'm still awaiting a response from the office on the matter of a missing kitchen mat, which at this point I have to chalk up to as a lost item. I know this isn't a white glove service, but train your men to understand these are people's possessions paid for with hard earned money. Some furniture may even be sentimental. Definitely would not recommend this franchise or would demand an experienced team in the future.

  Guys were great! delivered above and beyond and fast. Were careful and considerate of my 84 year old mother in the process. I definitely recommend two men and a truck!
