They break items and find loopholes not to replace them. We hired them 5 times in 2 years to help with several moves for our family. For the most part they were careful with only a few small dings. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN after they broke our 65 inch Samsung Frame TV and never replaced it. For over 18 months (yes really) we were in contact back and forth to replace it. We were asked to send replacement cost several times. Finally their insurance company produced some paperwork that we allegedly signed saying we would only be reimbursed by weight. I say allegedly because we would not have agreed to this for electronics. So our $1800 TV was worth $39 replacement value. Their local contact agreed that this was ridiculous and would ensure the TV would be paid for because we'd been great customers and because the arduous process to get reimbursement alone warranted a greater value. Then they went dark. We could no longer reach our contact and we never received payment. Save yourself this headache and hire another company. When you do verify that the items they move will be replaced if broken.

These are the worst movers ever. Avoid!!!! We hired them twice in two months. The second time they were giving us VIP service because they destroyed a table the prior move. I paid for mattress covers because we just purchased a $3000 mattress two months prior. They got their handprints all over it and then dragged it through mud - destroying it. They broke the inside of a very expensive wood tv stand. They crammed all our stuff on a truck. Finally over a mont later, they told us they would only reimburse us 6 cents per pound because we didn’t purchase anything additional. Regardless of the fact they were negligent - it was our responsibility to purchase additional move insurance instead of them doing the right thing and paying for a new mattress. Avoid using - they don’t care about their customers and take zero ownership for their negligence. Worst movers ever.

As easy as flying a kite... which is what I did as they did all the hard work. First time I ever hired movers instead of doing it ourselves. It was 100% worth every penny. The guys did great. They were quick and stayed on task. They stretch wrapped everything and handled with care. They called me and confirmed I was ready before they left for my house. When they arrived we walked through and I gave them directions. Before we left, we walked through house again and they made sure I was satisfied. 10/10 would hire again.
