  We hired Two Men and a Truck for a last minute move as the home we were renting was being sold. The customer service was phenomenal, with the Office staff keeping me up-to-date at all times, and making sure my needs were met. Then, we met our wonderful movers: Michael and Kirk - Friendly, engaging, hard-working, and incredibly professional. They made sure everything was packed correctly, stacked neatly, safely transported. They double, and triple checked with us to make sure we got everything packed/unpacked to our specifications. The money was absolutely worth it! I recommend this business to anyone needing movers, and they will exceed your expectations!

  This was our third experience utilizing this company in the past 6 months. The first two moves were efficient and professional. That was not the case with our move on 3/28. The three man crew was completely inefficient and took twice as long for the move out than the move in, despite all items being boxed, organized and packaged. I gave them written directions and a map on how to get to the new address and where to park the truck to ensure a more efficient and smooth offload, yet they still managed to park in the wrong area and proceeded to spend another 15-20 to relocate the truck. This company gets an "F" in their efficiency and lack of customer service. Don't be fooled by their taglines and find a more reputable and service-oriented vendor to ensure for a smoother move.

  Thank you, Ann, for your feedback. We understand why you would be upset with the way your move went, there were quite a few impediments during the process. Other tenants in the building were also doing moves with moving companies and that affected our men's ability to facilitate an expeditious move. Our men would frequently have to queue up behind other moving companies to use the elevator for your fourth-floor move. Downtown moves are tricky when it comes to parking and our drivers always place priority on driving safely when in those situations. It is unfortunate that these external factors affected your move so greatly and that ultimately you were unsatisfied but we assure you that we worked our best to try to give you a satisfactory move. We understand that you wanted a 50% refund and to be compensated for the time you spent talking to our represantives trying to resolve your issue but unfortunately that was not deemed a reasonable resolution for your concerns.

  I had Andrew C and Jordan help me on an out of state move to California and could not have had a better experience. They were efficient, and they got everything in one piece safely at the same time. I had a two bedroom apartment that took about 1.5 hours to get loaded, then 2.5 hours unload at a top story building. Cannot recommend enough, thank you Andrew and Jordan!!!
