Via email quote, these fellas said they would move a piano from my shop into our house. Then they stopped returning my emails when I tried to schedule a moving date. I had to go down in person on a Saturday, as they wouldn't answer the phone after 6 calls on different days/times (nor did they answer/return my call, despite leaving multiple voicemails with my call back number). When I went down in person, it was like they were inconvenienced to see me. They said they couldn't honor the original quote via email, and would charge me to move the piano, "even if they got out to the house and decided it was too difficult to get up 4 porch steps". So in addition to not honoring the email quote and wanting to change more money, they also were going to charge for the move.... EVEN IF THEY DIDN'T DO IT. It was an awful customer service experience, I left in disgust. Found another mover in the local area that sent two guys out, had it done in 20 minutes.

I'm not sure what was implied, but we don't move pianos for free. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. We will take this opportunity to grow and better ourselves as a business.

We are very grateful for Two Men, we had a relatively small move so didn't need their Truck. We had a short distance to move but needed help with heavy items and those things from downstairs. The team was prompt, polite and professional. We are very pleased with their service.

I had a great experience with this company. 2 thumbs UP to Brandon and Cameron, they were amazing!! They showed up on time and were very professional and careful moving my furniture. Everything was PERFECT!! I highly recommend Two Meu and Truck!
