Was friendly and worked with us at first when we first moved in. Unfortunately got greedy like everyone else and upped their prices. For the prices they charge, there’s absolutely no reason they shouldn’t be able to put some salt down. The whole lot is covered in ice! Beware if you have to move in or do anything during the winter here! Other than that, fairly secure. Like the locks on the units. But wouldn’t recommend after they upped their prices twice within a couple months time.

Was very happy and impressed a year ago when we booked our storage unit. They price matched another company, which was our deciding factor to choose this facility. Not but 12 months later they have increased our unit rent $15/month. When brought to their attention the other place they price matched to secure our business is still at the same monthly price they were at a year ago.

Brand new, super friendly, up and running in minutes - and great value. Open 6am-9pm daily once you are setup, so no nighttime activity which seems to be working out well for them.
