  Everyone was what seemed to be polite and professional until we opened our moving trailer. It looks like an elephant was in our moving truck. Everything was smashed. They did not pack professionally and the majority of our items are damaged. We told the movers to wrap all furniture and they wrapped it half way or not at all. We also bought 16 pads to wrap items that they never used! I called them multiple times and left messages and got no response. Going to have to go to corporate.

  Monica, I am sorry damaged happened to your items when we loaded your ABF trailer that went to Maine. I do know that we have plenty of pads available for purchase but we only sold you 3. We are responsible for your items when we are in control of them. No damages occurred while we were loading the trailer. You said we haven't reached out to you yet we only heard about this problem on Saturday after our office is closed. We are not open on Sunday. On Mondays things can get busy from moves for the day, closing out weekend jobs, and processing our payroll. I am not using that as an excuse to why we didn't reach out immediately, however, this is the very first business day we have had regarding your phone call into us. I do know our office manager was reviewing paperwork, attempting to contact guys that were on the move and figuring out what went on with the move. I also know that he actually just called you so we did reach out to you the first day we knew about this. Once we load up items we can no longer be responsible for them. I apologize that you did not have a good experience with us, but when someone complains how the load is packed but they then unload it themselves without any photos of it actually loaded, it is hard to see what, if anything, was done incorrectly. I am also trying to respond to this in a timely manor which is now one hour after you posted this. Again, I am sorry if you were not happy with the way things were loaded.

  In the last week we have used Two Men and a Truck three times. Once for commercial use and twice for residential. We got three different teams of guys. All the guys (8 in total) were awesome. They were kind, respectful, followed directions, was caution of any way they could damage our new house. They even staged boxes so no equipment came into the house to damage the new wood floors. The office staff was very accommodating in helping use as we navigated our closing moving three times. Could not say enough good things about our experience. The pricing was clear and accurately quoted. I would recommend the to family, friends and other businesses. 5 Stars well earned and deserved.

  Two Men and a Truck is amazing. They made our move go so smoothly! Melissa in the office was patient and really worked with me to provide a good estimate. The three men who actually did the heavy lifting were so kind, professional, careful and fast! They beat the time on the estimate, so the bill at the end was less than expected - which was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend!!!
