  I reached out to a couple of moving companies, but two men and a truck replied quickly. The process was easy. The movers were awesome and they did a really good job with the moving. They were careful and quick. I would use this company again.

  I’m so disappointed. I’ve used this company before and the service was impeccable. However, the team they sent today was nice but inexperienced. I don’t feel they handled my belongings with care. A lot of my items were not properly padded/secured, if at all. Also, they could have moved much more efficiently, but since they didn’t, I ended up paying for extra time. This was a stressful move. Update to reply: We never discussed me taking down the review, so I never agreed to that. Also, the elevator was not being shared by 2 other moving companies: it was specifically reserved for me only from 9am to 12pm but your crew arrived late and therefore we went over the allotted time and the receiving manage had to call me to ask if we were almost done at 12:30 because they needed the elevator due to one of the other elevators being down. Furthermore, the option to purchase additional supplies was not offered to me because I would have purchased them to secure my expensive belongings (I was already spending $1500+ with you) most of items were not even wrapped with padding or shrink wrap. For example my bed headboard which is white velvet was moved with no protection at all. I didn’t ask for you to leave any equipment. I had my own blankets and I was told you would provide shrink wrap. It’s very disconcerting that you would post things that aren’t true. Still haven’t received the $50 credit you promised me either. And I’ve called you twice with no response.

  We are disappointed that you chose not to remove this review as you said you would over the phone. So I'll revisit what was discussed. The reason the move took longer than was originally quoted (half an hour) was because our movers were forced to share the elevator with two other moving companies. This can cause the best estimate to go long and half an hour, while not ideal, is better than it could have been. The pad wrapping was because you were going into storage. You did not want to purchase additional storage supplies and we could not leave our truck equipment with you. All of this would have been covered in your post-move call; however, this review was posted before the movers even got back from your job. We are sorry that it was not made clear before they left. Update: Your move was within the contracted rate you agreed to when booking our services. You are criticizing how things were secured and wrapped but stated that there were no damages. We pad wrapped and shrink wrapped the items while they were on the truck (our manager was Facetimed from the truck and saw it himself). It was mostly removed at the storage facility so we could take our pads back. We do provide shrink wrap but it needs to be sparingly when going into storage. Even climate-controlled storage facilities have issues with moisture in South Florida and shrink wrap traps that in resulting in mold and mildew. That would not bode well for your headboard. Our movers arrive within a time frame dependent on traffic. If you would like to discuss this further please call 954.616.6683 and ask for Robert.

  When I needed to move, I always used this company; NO MORE!!! (Late Post) Everything was already in boxes and labeled (by me; nothing heavy, even my furniture is light). 1) the movers arrived late. 2) bad attitude, lead mover walked into the house and saw the boxes and made the comment, "oh, hell no!" 3) I called the main number and explained to the lady that answered the call, the situation (uncaring attitude) she stated waiting for another mover would take a week!!! To accept them!! I told her NO because I did not want my Oriental furniture and Oriental pieces broken because of the bad attitude he had! Long story short, I was NEVER REIMBURSED THE $650 and I wound up renting a U-Haul and looking for friends on a Saturday to help me move. I do not recommend this company! I will not use this company EVER!!! Poor customer service. Poor attitude. Ps. this occurred in 2017. Did they change? I see they have not.

  FIVE YEARS AGO?! Just to clarify, you are complaining about a comment made by movers who you ultimately did not allow to move you FIVE YEARS AGO? I wouldn't even begin to be able to look into this or do anything to follow up or correct the situation. Is it really fair to our current staff and employees (although I will admit we do have some that have been with us over 20 years) to just now get around to bringing this up?
