Wow, these guys are the best! If I could have given them 10 stars, I would! This was my first time using two men and a truck, and I could not have been more pleased. From my initial contact with Karen who set up my appointment and did the estimate, to the team of guys who came, to the follow-up call from Raymond, they all far exceeded my expectations. I also want to thank the moving crew: Chris, Shelton, Tyrese, Michael, and Eddie. Every one of these guys were top notch stand up professionals and all around good people. The move was smooth from start to finish. I cannot express my gratitude enough, and pray tons of blessings upon everyone involved , both directly and indirectly.

movers were professional and took great care of our stuff. they called ahead when on their way, arrived on time and even finished 2 hours ahead of the scheduled time from the quote. we had a washer, dryer and desk that were bought 6 months ago and they look like they came right out of the box. no damage to either house or any of our belongings. I can't say enough great things about our moving team; they were great!

To start if I could give 0 stars, I would!!!! From the beginning to the end of our move the employees were unprofessional, using profanity, cussing each other out, taking to many smoke breaks and supposedly got lost in on the way to our storage and to our new home. Looking back, I believe it was done purposely to pad the time to charge us more. They damaged our furniture, broke keepsakes that were marked fragile all over the boxes, damaged the floors and walls! We filed a claim like we were instructed to do by Amber , the operations manager. Shannon in the claims department, after finally reviewing our claim, had the audacity to say, because we didn't pay the price they estimated our bill to be, we actually owed them money or consider our claim closed!!! We paid our balance in full and had to put down a deposit. They had our credit card information and we spoke to the operations manager Amber and paid what she said the balance was!!!! That doesn't have anything to do with the employees damaging our belongings!!! That's what the claim was for. The claim supervisor Jennifer is conveniently always out of the office or doesn't answer her phone!!!!! Do not use this company. We didn't do our due diligence with researching this company and we are paying for it!!! Do not let Andre and Jupiter touch your belongings!!!!! Update, I filed a complaint with the BBB and all of the sudden Jennifer the claims manager finally returned my call. She started out by telling about her personal issues which had nothing to do with the claim and took place after my claim should have been reviewed. From that point she was rude, disrespectful and demeaning. She claims we were given 50% off of our bill, which is a lie. Shannon in the billing dept emailed me and said we should have paid $809.70 which was a estimate! So half of that is $ 404.85 and then said you also took off $ 145. Why does our credit card statement say we paid $507.52 and also a previous deposit of $100. Jennifer failed math. This company employees are very deceptive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Renee, We are truly sorry that you were not pleased with the services provided by the business. We have exhausted all efforts to remedy the matter in an effort of customer service. Our GPS records confirm that the moving crew arrived at 9:47am and departed the final destination at 3:58pm. We are able to confirm that the crew took a wrong turn in transit, traveled one block, and corrected; thus resulting in a 4 minute travel delay. In addition, the team stopped at a gas station in route to the final destination for a total of 10 minutes. This time, in addition to a customer service allowance made by the Operations manager resulted in a near 50% discount in billable amount. The Customer Service allowance was made in an effort to address your feedback teamwork and damage to two items reportedly damaged. Note: Carrier's liability for particle board, "buy in the box" type furniture is limited, as these items are made "ready to assemble" and not structurally designed with adequate support for movement and handling. The Customer Care Manager, who is working from home following a tragic personal event, made multiple attempts to contact you to no avail. After reviewing the circumstance and facts, she has determined that the service credit is considered excessive, and was made without substantiation of statements, in an effort to illustrate our commitment to continuously striving to exceed every customer's expectations. We appreciate your business, and are disappointed that you do not feel that the remedy is sufficient. However, the business does consider the matter to be closed, and will not concede to threats of social action. No further credit or adjustment will be made. We wish you the best in your new home.
