  I moved from Florida to Colorado and was having a hard time finding a moving carrier that wasn't a broker. I remembered there was a branch in Colorado that received really good reviews and I knew that they were a direct moving company. When I discovered that there was a branch in Orlando near me and based on the reviews, I used them and thank God I did. The Orlando location was outstanding. They went over the different Tiers or packages that I could purchase and they even had a white glove package where they would move my stuff only within a few days. No stops to pick up other people. Just my stuff alone. I wouldn't have to wait weeks like the last time. It was expensive but absolutely worth it. My own personal moving company and the same person would load and unload. I HIGHLY recommend the Orlando Two Men and a Truck. It was the best moving experience I could have hoped for especially for a cross country move.

  We called two men and a truck to move our home and they gave us a date and time for the drivers to arrive. They arrive 4 hours late first of all then after looking at the furniture they told us that the dispatch team must have made a mistake because instead of the 2 men that arrived they should have reserved 3. They made us feel like our furniture was way to big and heavy for the move and it was only one bed, a couch, and a few boxes no appliances. Lastly, we offered them water and they left the water bottle in our driveway and also left trash from the lunch they had in our driveway. Horrible service and professionalism. Would not recommend!

  Not the worst, but definitely room for improvememt on the quality of the move. Make sure when you call, everything is packed and you know exactly what is being moved as they give you a quote based on that and they don't follow up to see if anything has been added. I asked for a box to use for my paintings, ended up not needing it as i moved them myself, told the person on the phone at the office I didn't need it and still got charged for it. The window they gave me was 8a-9a. They didn't show up until 908a. Started getting charged by the hour at 9a but they didn't start loading until 920a. Doesn't sound like a big deal except for the fact that it's by the hour and at 160hr and those minutes add up. Also you're charged a "transportation fee" on top of the time it takes to go from one location to the next. "Movers that care" could have added that to the way they packed my tvs. Nothing major, just a little gouge on the frame of one TV.
