They were very professional setting up the appointment and reviewing the home the movers were very nice however this was a very expensive move and after we not only paid for the move but also tipped the movers on both side we were contacted by the individual who does the billing to advise to pay the pay the expense when I showed him it had already been paid I explained that we also encountered several pieces of missing and damaged items. He responded with an email stating that he was going to compensate us for the damages. However when I sent him pictures of all the damages he did not respond and has not since. We have a 250 dollar brand new grill that was damaged. We have 130 dollar sensory lamp that was damaged for a autistic daughter, We have an antique lamp that was damaged that is not replaceable that was damaged and a cat stand that was 179 dollars that was damaged. This moved cost us 9000 dollars and we were told these were the best movers. We expected since we purchased insurance at least them to follow through with there guarantee.

We have used Two Men and a Truck twice now, and they've done an incredible job both times. Crew is professional, careful, and some of the hardest working people I've ever seen. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great cross country moving experience. They coordinated both ends and communicated well. They were able to adjust move in dates when I had an issue come up with my apartment.
